Homeowners at River's Run at Crystal Lake enjoy extensive amenities. Approximately one mile of the North Fork of the South Platte River winds through the property.  Six acre "Crystal Lake" is teaming with fish and produced a world record Cutbow Trout. 

Every lot owner receives an equity  membership in the Perfect Drift Flyfishing Club.  This includes the use of the clubhouse which has a lounge, a dining area, a patio/lawn, a commercial kitchen and a men's locker room.  The main resort lodge houses our woman's locker room. 

The Lodge and the eight room Bed and Breakfast, which it services, is available for use by lot owners at a discount.  The same discount applies for the rental of our Event Pavilion or other resort venues for our homeowners.  An Equestrian Center is planned for completion by 2007. 

River's Run borders the 1.1 million acre Pike National Forest to the South and the flagship Jefferson County Open Space park to the West (please see the "Parks and Trails Information" section of this website).
